SC Paza si Protectie Regent Security has its own dispecerate-desk for monitoring the alarms 24 hours a day, 36 days a year.

ALARM MONITORING DEPARTMENT IS SPECIALIZED ON THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

   arm/disarm monitoring
   disarm monitoring outside program
   fast intervention of the teams (if the disarm cause is not known), identifying the person from the objective and informing       the beneficiary for confirmation or infirmation
   providing a clear situation of arm/disarm actions
   identification of the persons that armed or disarmed the alarm on a given period of time, on the basis of the user code, for       alarm systems that allow this .

      The events monitored from the dispecerate –desk are: alarms, identification of by-pass zones, disarming, identification of the zone where the alarm comes, type of alarm (efraction, panic, sabotage, fire, etc), identification of aggression code, identification of the order number arm-disarm code, system control (according to the announced program), network failure, discharge of the battery, siren circuit problems.
